The Warrior Archetype

“From the very beginning, the true selves fought against their fear of being annihilated. First, they coped with their fear by creating more and more ousia and distracting themselves. But then, ah, but then they began to project their fear onto others! Isn’t that great?
Now they saw the reason for their fear not in themselves, but in the other!
Now they could fight against the other. Against something outside themselves. Against something that they perceived as a threat.
That gave them the illusion of fighting for safety, and it distracted them from the fact that the fear they were actually fighting was right within them.
So, you can say that the archetype of the Warrior represents the most fundamental blueprint for existing in separation. This blueprint conveys to you that you cannot exist in separation without fighting for your survival! […]
I even go so far as to say:

Whenever you get angry, your inner Warrior is already fighting within you!

Your inner Warrior has interpreted something as an assault against you, and he has already fought back. That’s where anger comes from in the first place.
Being angry means that your Warrior aspect is already fighting! He’s fighting to protect your threatened identification, your ego.
And what does this imply? It implies that you took the assault on your ego for real. In other words:

You just made separation real again!

And this is why truly understanding the nature of the Warrior is so crucial!
Anger, what a wonderful reminder that you are dreaming.”
