It’s All Within You

“Let’s expand even further.
Within you, you find all the realms that exist –
all the physical realms and all the non-physical realms.
Now, despite your enormous expanse,
imagine that all these realms are contained within a single sphere,
and that you are the surface of that sphere.
You are each and every point of the surface.
From each individual point, you look inward.
This is called introspection.
This is exactly what you did in the first ten minutes of this session.
You looked within yourself, into your rather small body.
But size doesn’t matter too much.
Size is only a question of what you are limiting yourself to.
To a human body?
To a particle?
Or even to the totality of separation?
For it can be said that the sphere you are looking into right now
contains the entire Second Round of Creation –
all of creation that is based on separation is there.
It’s all within you.
It’s just there.
Separation is merely a thought that you ponder in every possible way.”
