Audio Recordings of the “Althar Intense” Workshop from April 2025, Cologne/Germany (English language)
This workshop, held in April, 2025 in Cologne, presents a vivid and deeply experiential exploration of the Bardo: the in-between zone between lives, now moments, and even space.
The Bardo, truly understood, represents a moment of choice between the illusion of separation and seeing things as they truly are – the one and only choice that matters on the path to enlightenment and embodied ascension.
With uncompromising clarity, humor, and a deep understanding of the human needs and fears, Althar and Aouwa guide the audience into exploring deep states of consciousness, such as the outer and inner void, and Borderland, all of which are closely related to the Bardo.
From this grand understanding of existence, Althar leads the audience through various levels of true compassion: the level of the human, the true self, and the dreamworld of separation as such.
After gathering in the Bardo and radiating an individual message of true wisdom to each participant’s parallel incarnations, Althar asks the all-important question for those who choose to stay embodied: Can you live as if you have already died?
In a highly experiential session, Althar talks about “The Neglected True Practice,” the main purpose of which is to break the belief to be a physical body or a perceiving subject – whether physical or not. He motivates the participants to explore this practice from the perspective of their light body after shape-shifting it into a dragon. Is this real? “Ultimately, all of separation is imagination! It is all made up,” Althar replies.
Althar reiterates his conclusion that regardless of one’s level of realization, cultivating the awareness is the first step, the last, and the step after the last step, that allows one to embody true wisdom and true compassion.
